Iowa Tribe to Finally Launch Product with Isle of Man License?
The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma may finally be seeing their online gaming offering go live after obtaining their license from the Isle of Man, however Iowa online slots players shouldn't be getting too excited about the news as it only allows them to offer their casino and poker product to overseas players. The Perkins based Iowa Tribe have had some issues with getting up and running and although the PokerTribe site has been online for sometime, it is fairly stagnant.
The tribe are hoping for a turn around and as well as obtaining the IoM gaming license they are also preparing to announce a deal with a large internationally known brand, however details of exactly who that is remain to be seen.
Originally partnering with Universal Entertainment Group in attempting to get PokerTribe up and running, the Iowa Tribe have missed several launch dates however there's the promise of some movement before the end of the year as Chairman Bobby Walkup stated, ""We are in the final stages of the sale and have been working diligently with Universal Entertainment Group to finalize the transfer of the online gaming assets, which includes the software license agreement, to the company that has an internationally known brand, this new relationship will be beneficial to the Tribe and the new software owner as PokerTribe.com enters the international online gaming market."
While they most definitely will not be catering for US slots players, nor even Iowa slots players, there are of course many great US online casinos that do, with each of the best now providing masses of quality gaming action to both your home PC and your mobile device.
